Rob Henie opened the WCHR back In November of 2002.
Through much hard work, along with word of mouth from our members, the ECHR and WCHR are the most widely read daily handicapping reports in the country, presenting a report unlike any other, and in 2020, we sent out our 5,000 report all time!
